PERTAMBAHAN BERAT BADAN DAN PENINGKATAN NILAI JUAL SAPI BALI DENGAN PEMBERIAN MOLASSES MULTINUTRIENT SOFT 15% dan 20%

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of administering MMS 15% and 20% on daily weight gain and the increase in the selling value of male Bali cattle. This study involved 12 Bali cattle, aged between 2-4 years, fed with ad libitum forage as the basal feed, and MMS provided according to the treatment's nutrient density. Based on the research results and discussions, it can be concluded that MMS can significantly increase the weight gain of Bali cattle (P<0.05) and significantly improve the daily selling value of Bali cattle (P<0.05). The administration of Molasses Multinutrient Soft 15% and 20% with different doses can enhance the daily weight gain and selling value for farmers. The results of this study suggest that Bali cattle farmers should use MMS to achieve increased weight gain in their cattle and improve the daily selling value of Bali cattle, thereby enhancing the economic value of their livestock business.
